How quickly will I receive the translation?
We are one of the fastest in the business, so you can count on our short delivery times. The translation of around 100 words takes about an hour. A qualified and experienced translator has a daily output of around 2000 words.

I need a quote, what should I do?
You can obtain an instant quote simply by clicking here. Enter the language pair, select the field and enter your text. There is no waiting time for the quote, it's instant!

Rates

How much does the translation cost?
We charge from USD 0.14 / source word or character (symbols in Chinese, Korean, Japanese). The word price depends on the language pair and field of the text. We do NOT charge any additional fees.
We have a minimum fee of USD 14, which corresponds to around 1/3 of an A4 page

Is there a special rate for large projects?
Yes. We offer discount on bulk translations. Discounts start from 2,000 words. You can contact us for special prices and offers directly at office(at)the-native-translator.com

Confidentiality

Are translators bound by a non-disclosure agreement?
All of our translators are bound by a Non-Discloser Agreement (NDA) as part of the terms and conditions they sign before starting work with us.

Is the service secured?
Yes. We use SSL encryption technology as well as other measures to ensure that all of our customer and translator details and all of the material translated are well secured.

What is PayPal?
Paypal (www.paypal.com) is the safest, easiest way to pay and be paid online. What kind of material can be translated?
Generally we can translate ANY kind of document and text in any language pair for you!
If you have a text or document in a language pair or field that is not listed, please contact us directly at office(at)the-native-translator.com. We will deal with your request immediately.
We support all common document formats (MS Office, PDF, TIF etc.).

Do you also undertake the certified translation of official documents?
Yes. Our certified and sworn translators are able to carry out certified translations which are accepted by authorities and various legal offices. As the requirements for certified translations are different in every country, we can provide you with information directly at office(at)the-native-translator.com 

What languages do you translate?
At the moment, we offer translations from/to:
Arabic, Bulgarian, Chinese (simplified, traditional, Mandarin), Czech, Danish, Dutch, English (UK and US), French, German, Greek, Hungarian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Portuguese (European and Brazilian), Polish, Russian, Romanian, Spanish (European and Latin American), Swedish and Turkish.
If the language you need to translate from/to is not featured on this list, please contact us and we will do our best to provide you with what you need. We are constantly increasing the number of languages we support.

Can you handle professional translations of medical/ legal/ technical material?
Yes. All of our team members are more than just experienced translators; they have at least one university degree and/ or years of work experience in their specialist fields. They are not just translators; they are also experts in their fields.

How does TNT guarantee satisfaction?
We invest a great deal of effort into the translation quality and speed and offering a first class customer service. We want each and every customer to be happy with our services so they will choose us again.
We select our team of translators very carefully and their performance is regularly supervised as part of our quality assurance programme.

What if I'm not satisfied with the result?
If you have reason to believe that the translation is incorrect, you can ask for corrections or improvements. If you are still not satisfied with the result, we shall refer the project to a different translator at no additional cost.

How do I submit a translation project?
Simply go to 'Translate', 'Get a Quote' or 'Submit a Document' and follow the simple 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 steps.

What are your office hours?
We are a 24/7 service, our translators and the costumer service representatives are located all around the world. There will be a translator who is ready to carry out your translation at any time of the day.

When I get a delivery time, which time zone does that refer to?
All time references refer to UTC, which is the old GMT - Greenwich Mean Time.
